THE FATE OF ABORIGINES OF OLD BENGAL

  

           The fate of Aborigins of old Bengal

After four to five hundred years reign,  the palas were   defeated  by the Senas , from Southern India . Some worriors they  were---- (The Sena).....And there after they established  Sen dynasty from Sena  the professional name .  After Senas the land gone to the ruling hand of Muslim invaders. The palas  were the ruler of the whole  Bengal  orissa   Bihar Uttar pradesh some part of Madhya pradesh  Andhra ---almost whole India and beyond that of .  Afganistan also came  under palas  . They were,  in belief,Budhists but all  other religions were   patronized by  them.     They  were indifferent and respectful to all religions.  But the senas were strong patron of the  Hindu religion under Brahmanism .  From then  the Gonds...Bangas or Chandals , poudras Mahusyas etc inhabitants of Bengal  those who did not  welcome the new Ruler  started  fetching  a great trouble,  as they did not obey the Sena Rulers  ,so the  main inhibitors fall  in great  pressure from the Sen kings . The aborigins  further  proceeded to more interior land covered by forest  bushes rivers  in the remote  low lands of   Bengal to protect their lives  culture and own  religion . It was very hard job to them . They could not find any way to get rid of the  anger of the then rulers  rater they bared the trouble and thus were stigmatized

as the  Chandal  in the aggression of Hinduism .

SOME PEOPLE  FROM EAST INDIA  CALL DALITS TO JOIN BUDDHISM  AS THERE 

IN HINDUISM  CASTE SYSTEM IS THE MAIN WEAPON  OF SO CALLED UPPER CASTE  BY 

WHICH THE  BRAHMNICAL SOCIETY   DEPRIVING AND HUMILIATING  DEPRESSED 

PEOPLE . IN THIS SOCIAL - ECONOMICAL  AND   CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT  THERE 

CAME IN  THE LAST PHASE OF THE   NINETEENTH  CENTURY  A NEW RELIGION NAMED

'MOTUYA WITH  HARICHAND HAKUR , WHICH FOLLOWING MOST OF DALITS FROM 

UNDIVIDED  BENGAL AND SMALL NUMBERS OF PEOPLE  ALL OVER INDIA, NOW .

THE PROPLE OF EAST BENGAL IN FAR PAST WERE BUDDHISTS IN RELIGION EVEN IN THE
 
 REIGN OF PAL DYNASTY . WHEN SENAS CAME THOSE WHO DID NOT EMBRACE 
 
HINDUISM WERE STIGMATIZED AS CHANDAL . SO THE IMPORTANCE OF BUDDHISM 
 
WERE VANISHED TO MOST O THE F PEOPLE AND THE SO CALLED CHANDAL HAVE HAD
 
 TO SUFFER MORE YOU KNOW ALL ,. THAKUR HARICHAND SAVED THE THEN OUT 
 
CASTE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO RIGHT OF EDUCATION -HONOR EVEN OF RELIGION .
 
THEY FOUND MOTUYA RELIGION FOR ALL HUMAN BEING ,THEY CAN'T MOVE TO ANY
 
 RELIGION NOW BUT DALITS MAY HAVE THEIR OWN IDENTITY AND STRENGTH TO
 
REVOLT AGAINST BRAHMNISM EMBRACING THE SAMES AS THEIR OWN .

NAMASUDRA SAMAJ SNSTHA ORGANIZED SEMINAR

HELD AT AMBEDKAR  BHABAN , SCOTT LANE SEALDAH  KOLKATA .

THE ORGANISERS MARK THE SEMINAR AS CONSCIOUSNESS CAMP . A SIZABLE GATHERING ATTEND THE MEETING WITH GREAT INTEREST . SOME EMINENT PERSONS,  FROM DALIT COMMUNITY , DELIVED THEIR LECTURE ADDRESSING THE AUDIENCE
 ASKING  COME FORWARD AND JOIN THE MARCH OF DALIT MOVEMENT WHICH IS THE 
ONLY WAY TO HAVE EQUAL SHARE , IN THE CASTE DRIVEN  SCATTERED SOCIETY,  THE EQUAL    SOCIAL , POLITICAL AND ECONOMICAL STATUS WE NEEDED FOR . BABA SHEB AMBEDKAR DIRECTED US IN THESE   WAY WHICH WE ARE FOLLOWING  TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL .

A NUMBER OF SINGERS SUNG FROM  DEPRESSED COMMUNITY INSPIRED WITH THEIR 
SONGS THE AUDIENCE. SOME DALIT POETS PRESENTED THEIR  STRONG VOICE PROTEST  AGAINST  BRAHMNICAL SOCIETY  WHICH IS THE ROOT  OF INEQUALITY
IN INDIAN SOCIETY WHICH DESERVES A BIG  KICK TO QUITE   INDIA. 
THE MEETING PRESIDED OVER BY DR INDRAMOHAN MONDAL  THE PRINCIPAL OF 
HABRA SREE CHAITANYA COLLEGE 

   THE DREAM OF NAMASUDRA SAMAJ SANSTHA   --THE AMBEDKAR BHABAN 
WHERE DALITS WILL MEET WHENEVER THEY REQUIRED THE SAME FOR THE CAUSE OF 
DALIT SOCIETY YET TO BE DONE MORE . 

                        THE SAID SEMINAR NEEDS MORE ATTENTION OF ORGANIZERS 
BECAUSE THERE WAS A GAP IN CO-OPERATION . A DEPUTATION PAPER REQUIRED 
TO BE MADE FOR SUBMISSION TO GOVT ,DRAWING ATTENTION INCONVENIANCE 
TO UTILIZE THE TOTAL BUILDING  DUE TO UNAUTHORIZED OCCUPATION BY SOME 
LOCAL PEOPLE . OTHERWISE THE MEETING WAS A SUCCESSFUL ONE.

why     I     am     a     Matuya ?


I am a Matuya  because I belong to such a religious community which was untouchable by the upper caste Hindus and all type of human rights were denied to my community . We have no right of land and wealth even respect to the so called Brahminical society . My fore fathers had  to  work hard for the society in return only get minimum livelihoods. It was  inhumanly  treatment . But once the so called Chandals ruled the whole Vanga  and vast territory of the then India also beyond that of .
         Hari Chand Thakur came in the downtrodden society and first of all he gave us right of religion . He is only the super man dared  to fight against Brahmn Dharma  creating a new religion --------so    the so called untouchable take privilege of DHARMA and launched movement for self respect , equal right of education, equal share of service and adequate  member of seats in the Bengal legislative assembly . Guru Chand Thakur the son of Hari Chand  took the mission of his father with help of christian missionary Dr C S Meed  . The abusive Chandal stigma was then abolished by the govt of India .

     As  Sikhs raised against  inhuman religion practiced by the Brahmns with their  weapon of Scriptures making
foolish the general people promoting religious fear  so Matuyas raised their festoon up  of their religious movement . It is fight 
for existence ------It is also the meaning of Dharma -------Dharma yudha .

      If you belief in Brahmn religion now they called it Hinduism 
you are bound to ----to be bonded in Chatur Barna system. And there a vast people regarded as slaves of previous upper  three classes. It is a classical religion . It rules India by dividing people in so many division ---we have to shun this system  if we want progress of Indian   economy   -- politics   as well as welfare of all beings .
      I am a Matuya for equality fraternity and prosperity .
           It is time to blow --- It is time to unite ourselves.

DO THE MOTUYA BELIEVERS BELONG TO HINDUISM ?

MOTUYA  IS  A SEPARATE RELIGION  INTRODUCED BY HARICHAND  THAKUR  FROM EAST BENGAL LOCATED IN INDIA . NOWADAYS A MANY PEOPLE TRY TO RAISE A TECHNICAL QUESTION WHETHER IT IS A HINDU RELIGION OR NOT . TO REPLY SUCH A QUESTION WE HAVE TO REMIND THAT HINDUISM IS NOT A RELIGION AT ALL  . IT IS A PERSIAN WORD AND STANDS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN AND ABOUT INDUS VALLEY AND BEYOND THAT OF . BUT NOW IT STANDS  FOR THE RELIGION OF INDIA EXCEPT  ISLAM AND CHRISTIANITY . HINDUISM MEANS BRAHMINISM , BUDDHISM , JAINISM AND EVEN ABORIGINAL RELIGIONS OF INDIA .KABIRPANTHIS, NATHAS , SIKHS DO NOT ACCEPT CASTE-SYSTEM AND OTHER  BINDINGS  BUT THEY ALSO REGARDED AS FORMS OF HINDUISM. EVEN RAMKRISNHA ASHRAM DOT MISTAKENLY  WANT TO CALL THEMSELVES  HINDU. ARYASAMAJISTS ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT HINDUISM AS THEIR RELIGIOUS FAITH.. INDEED HINDUISM AN ENCYCLOPEDIC RELIGION WHICH HAS
ROOM FOR ATHEISM ,THEISM, YOGIC SPIRITUALISM ,ALL FORMS OF DEVOTIONAL WAYS OF FAITH AND NON-CASTE ISM  SO ON AND SO FORTH.

JAINISM AND BUDDHISM ARE THE INDIGENOUS , INDEPENDENT AND PARALLEL
MOVEMENT OF RELIGIOUS THOUGHT. NOW IN INDIA SOME FORM OR OTHER THAT TYPE OF NON-BRAHMINISM AND NON-VEDIC MOVEMENTS  ARE CONTINUING .THE
MOTUYA IS ONE OF THEM FIGHTING AGAINST CASTE BIASED BHRAHMINISM . THIS MOVEMENT IS FOR EXISTENCE , IS FOR HUMANITY ,IS FOR EQUALITY AND AGAINST ALL SHORTS OF BLACK MAGIC IN THE NAME OF RELIGION.
